So, here I am starting my very first blog.
Initially I had a reservation about blogging. I had a discussion with a friend about it sometime ago, he begged to differ. He thought blogging can actually improve one’s writing skill. Hmm.. it’s a good thought. Why not? My writing skills certainly need improvement.
Naturally I would write topics that highly interest me and one might find words of praise, motivation, appreciation as well as criticism in my blog... or even my personal life and experiences.
I have shortlisted a couple of names for this very own blog of mine; The first was The Unforgiven’s Thoughts which was inspired by one of Metallica’s songs entitled Unforgiven (original version). The second was Real Z-man. But I guess I would settle with the latter rather than the former for it sounds less depressing... or not depressing at all.
Real is borrowed from the name of one of the most successful football clubs in the world, that is Spain’s Real Madrid Club de Fútbol. It has a remarkable history. They have been crowned champion of Europe nine times . An elite championship which is better known as uefa European Champions League ( a presigous and money spinning league) in addition to the vast collections of domestic titles won over the years since its existence. The home of the famous galacticos . Strangely, I’m not a permanent fan of that club but I like the name. I was a temporalily fan during the era of the original galacticos which included Zidane, Figo, Ronaldo (Brazilian), Owen, Iker Casillas, Raul Gonzalez, and Roberto Carlos. Z is of course my initial.
Hopefully, I will be able to put together words on regular basis.
